Furong Street
Furong Street
Furong Food Street, located in the city center, runs south to the north from the Quancheng Road to Xihuanqiangzi Street. It was given this name because there is a Furong Fountain in the west along the road. In history, it had been the oldest and most prosperous business street in Jinan, but its business role gradually fell since 1900. By now, the street has regained its role as an important catering center of the city. Lined along the street are 82 restaurants selling a great variety of food to locals and visitors alike.
