Day 1 |
arrival at Beijing,meet your guide and transfer to the central accommodation,afternoon orientation walk at Houhai,the backstreet area to see the local life and to try local delicacies.

Day 2 |
morning visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square,afternoon visit Hutongs with rickshaw ride,visit a Hutong family where we have the cooking lesson and dinner.

Day 3 |
day excursion to the less visited section of the Great Wall Mutianyu, evening at the Wangfujing Night Food Market to taste local delicacies.

Day 4 |
morning visit the Summer Palace,take the bullet seat train to Shanghai,walk the bustling Bund area the water front of the city and the Nanjing Road,opportunity to see the famed Acrobat's Show.

Day 5 |
morning visit the old town of Shanghai including the Yu Garden,the walk the Pudong which is the fast developing area with all the skyscrapers, home visit where we have the Shanghai dishes cooking lesson of and dinner.

Day 6 |
morning flight to Xian,visit the well preserved City Wall,opportunity to cycle on the wall,then,visit the Muslim quarter including the Grand Mosque,evening at the famous Night Food Market to try local delicacies.

Day 7 |
morning cooking lessons at a local cooking school where we have lunch,afternoon visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Gao's Family Museum to learn Chinese calligraphy and painting,walk the Bell & Drum Tower Square to meet the locals.

Day 8 |
excursion to visit Qinshihuang's Tomb which houses the Terracotta Warriors & Horses, flight to Chengdu,visit Jinli Street to meet the locals and taste local delicacies.

Day 9 |
cooking lessons in a local cooking school famous for the Sichuan Cuisine where we have lunch,afternoon visit Wangjianglou Park,then we visit Kuanzhai Xiangzi, the bar and food zone of Chengdu,opportunity to see the Face Changing Show.

Day 10 |
excursion to visit the Panda Center,afternoon flight to Guilin,visit the Elephant Hill,walk the night market to meet the locals.

Day 11 |
take the pleasure boat cruise down the picturesque Li River to Yangshuo,a very lovely little town with many flavors, walk on the colorful West Street to meet visitors from all over the world,have the cooking lesson in a local cooking school characterized in fresh and spicy, stay the night in a boutique accommodation.

Day 12 |
day at leisure to explore the beautiful villages by bikes, to see the rice fields,village markets, cormorant fishing etc, or just relax in a little bar on the West Street enjoying good food and beer.

Day 13 |
take the bullet seat train to Canton which is the home of Cantonese Cuisine,visit Chen's Family Temple,Six Banyan Temple,have the famous Dim Sum dinner,walk along the Pearl river in the evening.

Day 14 |
Cantonese style Zaocha (Dim Sum breakfast),then take the fast train to HK, meet your guide and transfer to your central accommodation,rest of the day free.

day at leisure.
